Sending an inquiry is simple and helps us better understand your project needs.
Whether you're sourcing materials, comparing options, or preparing a budget, our inquiry system streamlines the process — allowing you to request pricing, lead times, and technical support all in one place.
Here’s your step-by-step guide 👇
🔹 Step 1: Open the product page
Browse THE BuildHub and navigate to the product you're interested in.
Open the product detail page to check specifications, materials, model numbers, and other key details.
🔹 Step 2: Click "Send an Inquiry"
On the product page, click the "Send an Inquiry" button.
This will add the product to your inquiry list.
🔹 Step 3: Adjust the quantity
In the inquiry list, use the "+" and "–" buttons to adjust the quantity.
You can also manually enter a number — just make sure it is not less than the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
🔹 Step 4: Add more products (optional)
Need to ask about multiple products in one go?
Click "Add Product" and either:
- Browse by category, or
- Use the search bar to find specific items
Repeat the steps above to include additional products in the same inquiry.
🔹 Step 5: Modify your selection
Changed your mind?
Use the delete button next to any product to remove it from the list.
This helps keep your inquiry accurate and focused.
🔹 Step 6: Fill in your contact details and submit
Complete the form with your contact information — including name, company, email, and project type if applicable.
Once everything is confirmed, click "Submit" to send your inquiry.
🔹 Step 7: Check your email for confirmation
After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
This means your inquiry has entered our system, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
